Als schoonmaakmedewerker binnen het Tjoapack schoonmaakteam ligt de nadruk van jouw werkzaamheden op het schoonhouden van de kantoorruimtes. As Operator 3-shifts, you will work with advanced machines and receive thorough training to ensure our packaging lines run smoothly. Through various modules, you gradually learn more about our machines and the packaging process. This enables you to work increasingly independently and deepen your technical expertise.

We're looking for a Process Trainer who is passionate about Lean, continuous improvement and developing people. In this role, you'll support our Packaging Operations teams by coaching colleagues, improving processes, and embedding a culture of operational excellence. You'll report to the Continuous Improvement Manager and work closely with teams on the shop floor.

De werkzaamheden die je gaat doen worden uitgevoerd in een schoon en geconditioneerd magazijn. Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor het fysiek ontvangen, inspecteren en indien nodig bemonsteren van de goederen. Daarnaast verzamel je de goederen t.b.v. de productie, het opslaan van gereed product in het warehouse en het gereed maken van goederen t.b.v. uitgifte en expeditie. Daarnaast wordt er verwacht dat je zorgt voor het instant houden van orde en netheid van de werkomgeving. En dit alles in een magazijn waar de temperatuur het gehele jaar rond de 20 graden is!
