Meet the Tjoapack Team!

Jason Russell brings over 20 years of experience to the Tjoapack team, having worked across highly regulated industries including medical device packaging, aerospace and defense, and CBRNE equipment manufacturing. Throughout his career, he has led teams ranging from 40 to over 250 individuals, always with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement. Jason holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Regis University in Denver, Colorado.

As Production Manager at Tjoapack US, Jason oversees three shifts running 24/5 and nearly 200 team members. He plays a key role in driving production performance, strengthening shift capabilities, and supporting our continued growth. With a passion for lean operations and scalable processes, Jason is focused on creating an environment where teams can thrive while meeting the evolving needs of our diverse customer base.

Fun Fact

Outside of work, Jason enjoys a full and rewarding family life. He’s been married for 22 years and is a proud father to three daughters—and three dogs. Together with his wife, he spent 16 years as a foster parent, opening their home to 19 children during difficult times. His deep commitment to faith, family, and service continues to shape the values he brings to his leadership at Tjoapack.
