Meet the Tjoapack Team!

Kun leads the Quality team at our Dutch site as Director Quality and also serves as a Qualified Person (QP) back-up. With over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, he brings both deep regulatory knowledge and a pragmatic, improvement-driven mindset to Tjoapack.

Kun studied pharmacy at Utrecht University and began his career in hospital outpatient pharmacies, gaining valuable hands-on experience in patient care. He then transitioned into the pharmaceutical industry, working in both mid-sized companies and large global organizations, including Tiofarma and Amgen. Over the years, he has built a strong foundation in quality assurance across the full product lifecycle.

At Tjoapack, Kun is responsible—together with his team—for all quality-related activities at the Dutch site, while also supporting quality alignment globally with the U.S. site. From procurement and production to storage, release, and distribution, Kun ensures that all processes meet GMP requirements and exceed customer expectations. His leadership helps anchor quality as a central pillar of operational excellence at Tjoapack.

Fun Fact

Kun recharges every week with Bootcamp Sundays, and he’s always up for an adventure—especially if it involves travel and good food. Whether he’s powering through a workout or exploring a new corner of the world he brings the same enthusiasm and discipline that he applies to his work.
